Duck Potato - Sagittaria latifolia / Plug

Perennial wetland plant with large tubers. Height is to 4 feet. Leaves blades are usually triangular and to 20 inches. White flowers to 1 1/2 inches across. The tubers were formally used by the Native Americans for food. Native to most of North America, the Caribbean, Central America?, South America?. Sold in plug trays with variable minimum quantities.
