Bald Cypress - Taxodium distichum 5gal.

Deciduous conifer attaining a height of 100 to 150 feet. It develops a buttressed trunk and in wet areas will grow "knees". Excellent tree for erosion control along streams and other bodies of water. Part shade to full sun. Handles most soils and takes poor drainage. The leaves turn copper in fall. Native to the eastern United States to Illinois and Texas.
